Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what OddsMap collects, how we use that information, and what we intentionally do not track.
1. What We Collect
When OddsMap loads in the app or through an embed, we may record operational analytics such as IP address, referrer, timestamp, requested page, tenant key usage, feature request submissions, and feature votes. We may also retain service logs necessary to monitor performance, abuse, or availability.
2. What We Do Not Collect
OddsMap does not currently provide personal user accounts, so we do not collect account profiles or passwords at this stage. We do not store payment card data locally, and when payments launch, Stripe or another payment processor will handle payment details directly. We also do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies for analytics.
3. How We Use Data
We use operational and analytics data to understand product usage, improve reliability, enforce plan limits, monitor abusive traffic, prioritize product work, and generate aggregate service statistics. We use analytics in aggregate form wherever practical and do not use the service to build behavioral advertising profiles.
4. Third-Party Services
OddsMap relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers. These may include Turso for database sync, future payment providers such as Stripe, and future analytics tooling such as Umami. Data may also pass through external content providers when we fetch or display third-party event and market information.
5. Data Storage
Primary OddsMap application data is stored in SQLite on AWS infrastructure in US East. Certain synced datasets may also be mirrored to Turso in US West for operational resilience or read access. We limit access to operational data to maintain the service, investigate issues, and support authorized product workflows.
6. Data Retention
Embed load logs and similar usage records are intended to be pruned after 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security, abuse review, or legal compliance. Event data and supporting intelligence records may be retained indefinitely as part of the historical archive and product dataset.
7. No Sale of Data
OddsMap does not sell personal information. We do not operate a data brokerage business, and we do not share visitor analytics for advertising resale.
8. Children’s Privacy
OddsMap is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can review and remove it if appropriate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the product evolves, especially when accounts, billing, or analytics tooling change. When we make material updates, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
If future legal requirements require a jurisdiction-specific notice, we may add a governing-law or regional compliance supplement referencing [STATE] or another applicable location.
