1. Service Description

OddsMap is a geopolitical risk intelligence product that aggregates, organizes, and visualizes conflict events, market signals, OSINT feeds, and related context for research and situational awareness. The service is designed to help users explore patterns, not to guarantee any outcome or operational decision.

2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer

Prediction market pricing, probabilities, and summaries shown in OddsMap are provided for informational and research purposes only. Nothing in the service constitutes investment, trading, legal, military, or financial advice, and you remain solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the information displayed.

3. Data Sources and Availability

OddsMap aggregates information from third-party providers and public sources, including platforms such as Polymarket, Manifold, ACLED, GDELT, media RSS feeds, AIS vessel data, and other external datasets. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or continued availability of third-party data, and source outages or content changes may affect what appears in the service.

4. Embed Usage

Authorized users may embed OddsMap on approved properties using tenant keys or tokens issued by us. Embed access may be limited by plan, referrer, allowed domains, or other technical controls. You may not bypass tenant restrictions, expose private tokens publicly, or frame the service in a misleading way that suggests a partnership or endorsement we have not approved.

5. Tier and Subscription Terms

OddsMap may offer free and Pro access tiers. Free-tier access may include feature limitations, gated layers, lower usage allowances, or reduced embed rights. Pro features, billing cadence, upgrade terms, refunds, and payment processing terms may be updated when Stripe-based billing goes live. Until then, any future paid access is subject to separate written pricing or launch terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• scrape, mirror, or bulk-download the service or raw underlying data without written permission;
• redistribute raw OddsMap event feeds, market feeds, or tenant-protected views as a competing product;
• use bots or automated access beyond approved API or embed behavior;
• attempt to reverse engineer access controls, rate limits, or tenant restrictions; or
• use the service in a way that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful to others.

7. Limitation of Liability

OddsMap is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, OddsMap and its operators disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Because OddsMap reflects third-party information and fast-moving events, you should independently verify critical facts before relying on the service in any high-stakes context.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service, a tenant key, or any related integration at any time if we believe there is abuse, security risk, non-payment, misuse, legal exposure, or violation of these terms. We may also discontinue features, feeds, or plans with or without advance notice.

9. Governing Law
